Our priority is the patient, to ensure his/her safety, our fleet unites pressurized jet and turboprop aircrafts configured as intensive care units, manned by highly trained anesthesiologists, emergency doctors, pediatricians, neonatologists, professional nurses and respiratory therapists. Each aircraft consisting of three medical personal; a professional nurse, a specialized medic and a respiratory therapist at all times.
Providing the services with the highest standards of quality and clinical safety, has allowed Sarpa to be the first South American company accredited internationally for the transfer of critical adult, pediatric and neonatal patients, granted by the European Aeromedical Institute EURAMI in the year 2013, and re accreditation in 2017.

We offer the transfer of non-critical groups of patients whom are fit to fly in a commercial flight and require to be moved from one city/country to another for specialized exams, interventions or appraisals by specialists, whom must be returned to their hometown promptly. These patients are always accompanying by a professional nurse on board, saving hotel costs, airfare, and providing an efficient and comfortable service for the patient.
Medical escort
Sarpa offers a commercial medical escort service, overseen by a Medical specialists or a professional nurse for the transport of national or international patients whom due to their stable clinical condition can be transferred in a regular commercial airline.
These patients may require monitoring and use of oxygen by concentrator, among others, so we send the best professionals on board for the safety and tranquility of our patient.
Organ and special medical material transport
Sarpa is able to mobilize national wise, surgical equipment for organ rescue in the hospitals, special medicines, reactive material as well as executing a mission for organ rescue in our fleet or aircrafts in a timely, efficient and safe manner.
